Hi, I'm Joseph Laubinger owner and principal of Unique Realty Services. After 25 yrs as a graphic artist in the advertising industry. I started my real estate career in 1986 acquiring properties to rehab and rent out.
Seeing the potential value in real estate, I became an Illinois licensed Realtor serving Lake and Mchenry Counties in 1992. To accommodate clients and better position my abilities, I became a licensed agent Wisconsin in 1995, allowing me to serve both northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin markets.
My real estate career has taken me from a small local office to my current agency, Unique Realty Services. My background includes holding positions at Century 21 and Remax for about 13 years.
During that time I was awarded the 100% Club Award for 5 consecutive years for producing more than 5 million dollars in sales per year. In addition I earned 3 Executive awards for producing 3-5 million dollars in sales per yr. and 2 Presidents awards for 1.5-3million in sales per yr.
